Tour overview

The tour is designed to offer you a luxurious safari experience while exploring the diverse wildlife and natural beauty of Kenya.

During the tour, you will stay in luxurious lodges that offer world-class facilities and amenities, including Sarova Stanley Nairobi , The Ark Lodge , Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge , and Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort . Each lodge offers comfortable accommodation, excellent dining options, and a range of activities and amenities to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

The tour begins in Nairobi, where you will spend the first night at Sarova Stanley Nairobi . From there, you will travel to Aberdares National Park for a two-night stay at The Ark Lodge . You will have the opportunity to explore the park through morning and afternoon game drives, guided nature walks, or a visit to the nearby Treetops Lodge.

After Aberdares, you will travel to Lake Nakuru National Park for a two-night stay at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge . You will have the chance to spot flamingos, rhinos, and lions among other wildlife during game drives, guided walks.

Finally, you will head to Masai Mara for three-night stay at PrideInn Camp . You can explore the area through activities such as game drives around the reserve, balloon safaris or visiting the nearby Maasai Village. On the last day, you will return to Nairobi, stopping at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for scenic views and photos, before departing for your onward flight.

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Bontel Adventures representative will meet and greet you before transferring you to your hotel in Nairobi for a short briefing and for the overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi - Aberdares National Park

After breakfast, depart for Aberdares National Park, located in the central highlands of Kenya. Upon arrival, check-in at your luxurious lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will have a game drive in the park where you may spot various wildlife such as elephants, buffalos, and leopards. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3:Full Day Aberdares National Park

Spend the day exploring Aberdares National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. Alternatively, you can opt for guided nature walks or visit the nearby Treetops Lodge where Queen Elizabeth II ascended to the throne. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 4: Aberdares National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. On arrival, check-in at your luxurious lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in the park where you will see flamingos, rhinos, and lions among other wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Full Day in Lake Nakuru National Park

Day 6: Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast in the morning, depart for Masai Mara National Reserve. Proceed to the reserve and arrive at the lodge/camp in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve, exploring the vast grasslands and spotting various wildlife species such as lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, among others. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Full Day Masai Mara

Early morning game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve, catching the sunrise and spotting early hunters such as the big cats. Return to the lodge/camp for breakfast and some relaxation. Mid-morning game drive, with an optional visit to a Masai village to learn more about their culture and traditions (extra cost). Lunch at the lodge/camp and some relaxation. Afternoon game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve, exploring different parts of the reserve and spotting more wildlife. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Full Day Masai Mara

Early morning game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve, exploring different parts of the reserve and spotting different animals and birds. Return to the lodge/camp for breakfast and some relaxation. Mid-morning game drive to Mara River, watching the migration of wildebeests and zebras crossing the river (seasonal). Lunch at the lodge/camp and some relaxation. Day 9: Masai mara - Nairobi
